What clients tend to mention
Three things come up again and again: Ray explains things in plain English, the phone gets answered, and problems with the IRS actually get resolved. That last one matters. Several of our long-term clients first walked in with a notice or a balance they could not pay and left with a plan. Our IRS letter and audit help page explains how that works.
The rest of the work is quieter. Books that reconcile every month, returns filed on time, quarterly estimates paid before the deadline. Nobody writes a review about a quiet year, which is fine with us.
